We are located at Chapter 4, Immerse LDN on the Excel Waterfront. We’re only a 10 minute walk from Custom House Station (Elizabeth Line and DLR), but it can be a little tricky to find us if you don’t know the area well. We recommend allowing a bit of extra travel time to find us and to view our map here before your visit!

FAME*FACTORY is a first-of-its-kind theatrical show that gives guests a taste of superstardom. From the moment you board a private jet, you are whisked away by a cast of agents, directors, and hosts through a whirlwind journey of fame: starring in blockbuster content, walking the red carpet, shooting a magazine cover, appearing on a chat show, and attending an awards ceremony.

Due to the experience design, a maximum of six people can be admitted at once. If you book more than six tickets, then the group will be divided before starting the experience.

FAME*FACTORY combines a hilarious cast of characters, interactive sets and cutting edge technology to create a unique world which puts YOU at the centre of the action.

The whole FAME*FACTORY experience is indoors and weather-proof.

The FAME*FACTORY immersive experience lasts around 60 minutes, but there’s no rush to leave when the cameras stop rolling. You’re welcome to stay, relax, and enjoy a drink or two in our Entourage Bar afterwards.

You must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your ticketed time. This will allow you time to prepare for the experience and have a drink at our Entourage Bar before you start!

Latecomers will not be permitted. Please note that disruptive behaviour towards our staff may result in removal from the site or denial of entry.

Our Entourage Bar is located inside FAME*FACTORY, a 5-minute walk from the Excel and one stop from Canary Wharf.

You must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your ticket time! Due to the nature of the VIP Experience, if you arrive late, it might not be possible to either admit you, or to restart the performance. You therefore might not experience the full ticket content.

No, you may not. But you can enjoy a drink at our Entourage Bar beforehand (or in the private backstage lounge if you have a VIP ticket)! You’ll also have the opportunity to buy another drink in the world’s smallest nightclub hidden inside the show, and again at the awards ceremony, which takes place back in the main bar area.

We serve a curated menu of classic cocktails, wines, fizz, mocktails, coffee, tea, and soft drinks.

The show is for audiences aged 8+.

Audience members aged 8-12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the show.

For audience members aged 13-15, a responsible adult must be present within the show venue at all times.

Audience members aged 16+ do not need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

If your child is aged 8-12, you’ll need to book an Adult ticket to accompany them throughout FAME*FACTORY. If they’re aged 13 – 15 you will not need to accompany them during the experience but you will need to remain at the venue. You’re welcome to enjoy our Entourage Bar whilst you wait.

Absolutely! Our birthday parties include a private time slot with our on-site host, options for party food and drinks, and complimentary digital photos and videos to take home.

We offer a small selection of light snacks, but for a full meal, Canary Wharf’s cafés and restaurants are just one stop away on the Elizabeth Line, with plenty of dining options nearby.

Drinks are available throughout your visit. You can start with a cocktail or mocktail in our Entourage Bar, then bring your drink along as you explore the sets. Midway through your journey, you’ll discover the world’s smallest nightclub where you can top up and have a boogie!

Yes! There is a range of merchandise for sale in the retail store. You also have the option to buy digital merch, an array of photographic and video content captured throughout your experience!

An email address per person is required for photographic and video content to be captured throughout the experience, and viewed at the end. This must be entered into the show system at the start of the experience.

At the end of the show, audience members will be offered the opportunity to receive/buy certain digital content captured during their fame journey. Given the nature of the show, it is not guaranteed that your images won’t appear in the digital content of other audience members. For more information about our privacy practices, please read our privacy policy in advance of your visit. If you, or anyone in your group is not comfortable with this, please do not buy a ticket to the show.

We do not accept cash. All forms of cashless payment are accepted.

Yes, and you’ll definitely want to! Every set is designed for photos, with great lighting and interactive moments.

Yes! You may use your phone to take photos for personal use, but flash or additional lighting can not be used. If you do take photos, please do so in a way that is not disruptive to others’ enjoyment of the experience.

For the proper function of the experience, suitcases, backpacks, or similar-sized items are not permitted inside the experience. Likewise, strollers and baby carriers are not permitted.

Lockers are available for you to rent for an additional fee. These are limited and are available on a first-come first-serve basis. There are no provisions for large backpacks, suitcases, baby strollers etc. and we advise you not to bring these as there will be nowhere to store them.

Yes, FAME*FACTORY is fully accessible! Please note, strobe lights and flashing effects will be used at points within the experience.

Yes, there are flashing lights, strobe lighting, and rapidly changing images as part of the show.  If you, or anyone in your party, is sensitive to flashing lights or has a history of seizures, we strongly advise taking appropriate precautions.

Wheelchairs are free to hire at the Excel. They are subject to availability, so please use this link to select the dates and aid that you need.

The experience is accessible to wheelchairs but is not suitable for mobility scooters. Free wheelchair hire is available through the ExCel Centre. It is recommended these are booked in advance, as availability on the day cannot be guaranteed.

There are bays suitable for Blue Badge parking at the ExCeL. Paid parking is subject to availability, so we recommend pre-booking your space ahead of your visit here.

Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher code that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full-price ticket.

Trained assistance dogs are allowed within the experience.

This is a walkthrough experience, with seating available in some but not all of the spaces.

This venue has restrooms with accessible facilities for experience and venue patrons only. There are no toilets inside the experience itself, so we recommend using the restroom before your allocated show time.

Although FAME*FACTORY does not have a space within the experience, the ExCeL Centre has multi-faith prayer rooms located within the main concourse.

The FAME*FACTORY experience runs in groups of up to six guests, so larger parties will be split into multiple groups. You won’t go through the show at the same time, but you’ll all be reunited at the Awards Show at the end, which is the perfect moment to celebrate together. Afterwards, you can debrief and toast your newfound fame in our Entourage Bar.

We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact the Excel centre, who hold lost items –  lostpropertyenquiries@excel.london
