FAME*FACTORY is a first-of-its-kind theatrical show that gives guests a taste of superstardom. From the moment you board a private jet, you are whisked away by a cast of agents, directors and hosts through a whirlwind journey of fame – starring in blockbuster content, walking the red carpet, shooting a magazine cover, appearing on a chat show and attending an awards ceremony.

FAME*FACTORY combines a hilarious cast of characters, interactive sets and cutting edge technology to create a unique world which puts YOU at the centre of the action.

This experience is held indoors.

Previews will begin on Thursday 25th September, before we officially open on Thursday 2nd October.

You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your ticketed time. This will allow you time to prepare for the experience before you start. Latecomers will not be permitted. Please note that disruptive behaviour towards our staff may result in removal from the site or denial of entry.

You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your ticket time. Due to the nature of the VIP Experience, if you arrive late, it might not be possible to either admit you, or to restart the performance. You therefore might not experience the full ticket content.

Adult tickets for our preview shows from 25th September will be from £19.95.

Adult tickets for shows from 2nd October will be from £26.00.

Lower priced tickets for under 16s, and other customer groups, will be available for all shows on all dates, including preview shows.

All ticket types are subject to a transaction fee.

The show is designed for audiences 8+

Audience members aged 8-12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during their jouney through the show.

For audience members aged 13-15 a responsible adult must be present within the show venue at all times.

Audience members aged 16+ do not need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Yes, snacks and drinks will be available to purchase before after after the event, and at a certain point during the experience

Food and drink brought from offsite are not permitted inside the venue with the exception of resealable bottles of water.

Tickets are available for purchase online through the FAME*FACTORY website and at the Venue. Prices may vary between those purchased online and at the Venue, as the Venue prices may be subject to an increase in price. Tickets to the Show can only be purchased by adults (18+).

Yes! There will be merchandise for sale in the retail store. There will also be digital photographic and video content available for purchase, using content captured during the experience.

An email address per person is required for photographic and video content to be captured throughout the experience, and viewed at the end. This will need to be entered into the show system at the start of the experience.

At the end of the Show, audience members will be offered the opportunity to receive/buy certain digital content captured during their journey through the Show. Given the nature of the Show it cannot be guaranteed that your still and moving images will not appear in the digital content of other audience members. You may take photos for personal use, but we request that the flash is not used. If you do take photos, please do so in a way that is not disruptive to others enjoyment of the experience. Commercial photography and videography may only take place with prior agreement of the producers.

For the proper function of the experience, suitcases, backpacks or similar sized items are not permitted inside the experience. Likewise, strollers and baby carriers are not permitted.

Lockers are available for you to rent for an additional fee. These are limited and are available on a first come first serve basis. There are no provisions for large backpacks, suitcases, baby strollers etc. and we advise you to not bring these as there will be nowhere to store them.

Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. Please note strobe lights and flashing effects will be used at points within the experience.

Yes, there will be flashing lights,strobe lighting, and rapidly changing images as part of the show.  If you, or anyone in your party, are sensitive to flashing lights or have a history of seizures, we strongly advise taking appropriate precautions.

Wheelchairs are free to hire at the Excel. They are subject to availability so please use this link to select the dates and aid that you need.

The experience is accessible to wheelchairs but is not suitable for mobility scooters. Free wheelchair hire is available through the ExCel Centre. It is recommended these are booked in advance, as availability on the day cannot be guaranteed.

There are bays suitable for Blue Badge parking at the Excel. Paid parking is subject to availability so we recommend pre-booking your space ahead of your visit here.

Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.

Trained guide dogs are allowed within the experience.

This is a walkthrough experience, with seating available in some but not all of the spaces.

This venue has restrooms with accessible facilities for experience and venue patrons only. There are no toilets inside the theatrical experience.

Although FAME*FACTORY does not have a space within the experience, the ExCel Centre has multi-faith prayer rooms located within the main concourse.

We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact the Excel centre, who hold lost items –  lostpropertyenquiries@excel.london
